Return & Replace policy

We accept products returned within 30 days after they are received. The products should be in brand new condition and placed in their original packing. We do not return shipping cost or reimburse ship-back cost. We will issue the refund after receiving the items. Please contact us through info@roaringtopusa.com to get a RMA number before returning any product.

If the products are defective and you would like to make a replacement, please send emails to info@roaringtopusa.com within 30 days after receiving the items. Please describe what the problem is with the item. We will issue you a RMA number for returning the item. The replacement will be processed as soon as we receive the returned products.

We do not take responsiblity of the lost packages which are returned. In this case, we suggest that you use shipping method with tracking when you mail something back.

We reserve the rights of not replacing or refunding to customers if the products have been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form.
