Delivery & Returns
We usually ship the orders in 48 hours after they are placed. We use USPS or UPS to ship the items. The delivery time is 3-10 days if no delay on the carrier's side.
We accept products returned within 30 days after they are received. The products should be in brand new condition and placed in their original packing. We do not return shipping cost or reimburse ship-back cost. We will issue the refund after receiving the items. Please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org to get a RMA number before returning any product.
If the products are damaged during shipment, please contact us with photos as soon as you receive them (in 7 days after delivery)
If the products are defective and you would like to make a replacement, please send emails to email@example.com within 30 days after receiving the items. Please describe what the problem is with the item. We will issue you a RMA number for returning the item. The replacement will be processed as soon as we receive the returned products.
We do not take responsibility of the lost packages which are returned. In this case, we suggest that you use shipping method with tracking when you mail something back.
We reserve the rights of not replacing or refunding to customers if the products have been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form.
